多元ZnO压敏陶瓷材料的I—V特性与微结构的研究

摘    要:通过改进传统的长时间烧结工艺,制备出了具有好的压敏特性的多元ZnO压敏材料,获得了非线性系数α=13的结果,系统研究了材料的I-V特性,利用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜微区形貌分析(SEM)研究了材料的微结构及对压敏特性的影响,对该类材料的压敏机理作了进一步的讨论。

Abstract:good current-voltage characteristics of ZnO varistor with various additives was fabri-cated by improved triditional long-time sintering technology,and the nonlinear cofficient α is13,by usingXRD、SEM,we have systemly studied the microstructure of ZnO material and its effects on I-V charac-teristic,the mechanism of ZnO varistor was further discussed.
