| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育工作是我们党一切工作的生命线，加强农村基层干部思想政治教育工作是我们党历来都十分重视的问题。本文对当前农村基层干部的思想现状进行了分析。加强农村基层干部思想政治教育工作，这是新的历史条件下。调动广大农村基层干部积极性、创造性，全面实现农村小康的迫切需要。

| Abstract: | The work of ideological and political education is a lifeline of all the work of our Party, and strengthening the work of ideological and political education of the grass-roots cadres is an issue that our Party has valued all the time. This essay analyzes the status quo of the ideology of the rural grass-roots cadres and the measures taken to strengthen their ideological and political education. In the new historic conditions, to bring their enthusiasm and creativity into play is the urgent need of the realization of well-off life in rural areas. |
