| 摘 要： | 提前退休已使我国的平均退休年龄低至52.1岁,这给我国的养老保险体系带来了极大的冲击.如何纠正和遏制这一不正常的现象,本文从分析提前退休的现状出发,就提前退休所产生的严重社会和经济后果进行了分析和研究,并提出了相应的解决对策.

| Abstract: | At present, the phenomenon of early retirement is very serious, the average retirement age has brought the country as low as 52. 1 years,giving China's old-age insurance system has brought a-bout tremendous impact. On how to correct and contain this abnormal phenomenon, this paper de-scribes the present situation of early retirement, early retirement through the serious consequences ari-sing from the analysis,the several specific recommendations were given. |
