| 摘 要： | 本文分析了牛奶喷雾干燥过程中,物料干燥时间理论计算公式的不适用性;论证了以干燥塔中气流平均停留时间作为物料干燥时间的合理性;并以国内、外23个工式干燥塔的运行数据为基础,推荐一个较为合理的干燥时间范围。

| Abstract: | In this paper, it is first analysed that the nonapplicability of theoretic calculation of the material-drying time in milk spray dry process. Then it is demonstrated that the substituting airstream in spray dryer average staying time for the material drying time is reasonable. Finally, on the basis of operative data of 23 domestic and foreign vartical spray dryers, a reasonable range of drying time is recommended. |
