涂装污水处理实验研究

摘    要:针对目前涂装污水处理效果较差,“分质”、“合质”存在争议的现状,采用烧杯实验的方法进行化学及物化处理实验,结果表明:“合质”处理是可行的,但无论“合质”或“分质”,物化处理都存在一定的限度。在物化处理基础上又对涂装污水进行了实验室规模的生化处理可行性实验,实验结果表明单纯的涂装污水也是可以采用厌氧酸化水解加好氧接触氧化的组合工艺加以处理的。

Abstract:In accordance with the satisfactory results of paint-processing waste water treatment and existing controversies over treatments after "Separating" and in "Combination", the author conducts chemical and physical-chemical treatment experiments . The result shows that it is feasible to adopt the treatment in "Combination". 1-lowev-er, physical-chemical treatment is limited whether the treatment is after "Separating" or in "Combination" Based on physical-chemical treatment, a potential biochemical treatment to paint-processing waste water is experimented in labs, the result of which indicates that purely paint-processing waste water can be treated with integrated processes of anaerobic acidizing hydrolysis and aerobic contacting oxidation.
