| Abstract: | Constructing cDNA libraries is one of the essential means for the research of new gene clone and bio-functional genome.Traditional means of constructing cDNA libraries have some flaws,and therefore constructing full length cDNA libraries is brought up.The whole plant cDNA library of Vicia faba Linn is successfully constructed by using a fast and easy way of constructing full length libraries,SMART,and let cDNA sequences and plasmids cotransform E.Coli. |
