摘    要:地处湖南省浏阳县东区的七宝山硫铁矿是一个具有1000余年继续开采历史的老矿。矿区内老窿遍布,矿石氧化剧烈,致使矿坑废水酸性大,多种重金属离子严重超标,且废水日排放量大,平均为1700m~3/d,其中最大水量竟达2350m~3/d。如果废水直接排放,将严重污染环境。为此1982年该矿采用“石灰中和法”对废水进行处理。该法流程简单,操作方便,处理费用低。尽管石灰中和法有以上特点,但随着时间的推移,却暴露出意

Abstract:The mineral waste water of sulfurous iron ore at Qi BaoShan is an acid waste water containinig many metallic ions,such as Cu~(2+),Zn~(2+).After adding NaS_2 and pH 8.0, FeSO_4 is added to the wastewater.The experimental results show that the pH of treaded waterand content of ions,such as Cu~(2+),Zn~(2+),S~(2-),can reach nationalnormal discharge standard.If the pH is controlled 4.5 in the sulfurizedprocess,copper and zinc can be separated and recovered.This methodhas particulars of simplicity of technology, operating convenience andlower cost compared with neutralization method of lime.
