人性化护理中实施术前访视的体会

目的：通过术前访视，缓解患者的紧张焦虑的心情，利于术中配合及术后康复．方法：对择期手术病人进行术前访视，介绍手术室的环境、麻醉师、手术医师、简单的手术过程、麻醉方式、手术体位及术中配合等内容．结果：使病人对手术有所了解，缓解了对手术的紧张恐惧心理，积极配合手术．结论：术前访视可缓解患者术前应激反应，稳定生命体征，便于麻醉、手术顺利进行和术后康复，提高手术室护理工作质量．

Experience on the Implementation of Preoperative Interview during Humanistic Nursing Care

Objective： Through preoperative interview to ease the anxiety of patients mood, which will help patients＇ intraoperative cooperation and postoperative rehabilitation. Methods： Implementation preoperative interview for the patients who undergoing elective surgery, describing the operating room environment, anesthetist, surgical doctor, brief surgical procedure, anesthesia method, surgical position, intraoperative cooperation and so on. Results： Patients know some of surgery, ease the tension and fear of surgery and actively cooperate with surgery. Conclusion： Preoperative interview can ease the patients＇ preoperative stress response, stabilize vital signs, easy to anaesthetise and operate smoothly, help postoperative rehabilitation, improve nursing care quality of operating room.
