SW型烟气净化器纯水水浴脱硫实验研究

摘    要:采用SW型烟气净化器模型,在不加脱硫剂的情况下,探讨了影响净化器纯水水浴脱硫效率的主要因素。实验结果表明:在影响脱硫效率的诸因素中,烟气喷管在水中的插入深度为最显著因子,烟气中的二氧化硫浓度为次显著因子,喷管风速则为较显著因子。

Abstract:Using the model of SW type flue gas cleaning device, and without adding desulphurization preparation, the major factor has been inquired to influence desulphurization efficiency of flue gas with pure water bath in the flue gas cleaning device. The inserting degree of depth among the smoke gas blowout is the most notable factor of all, and sulfur dioxide consistency in the smoke gas the less, but the wind speed in spurts pipe the fairly.
