| 摘 要： | 运用数据包络分析（DEA）方法，建立环保投入效率评价指标体系模型，并在此基础上综合分析了2007年山东省17个省辖市的废水、SO2及环境污染综合治理情况治理投入效率。分析表明，山东省部分省辖市的环保投入效率比较低，节能减排的潜力很大。

| Abstract: | A model for environmental input efficiency indices was established by using data envelopment analysis （DEA）. The environmental input efficiency of main pollutants such as wastewater and SO2 and comprehensive governance of pollution for 17 cities, municipalities and autonomous regions in Shandong for the year of 2007 were comprehensively analyzed. The analytical results show that environmental input effeieney are relatively low, the potentials of energy saving and water savinhg are great. |
