摘    要:研制的方向元件基于比较补偿后电压的相位而动作,能反应电力系统全相及非全相运行状态下的各种故障.由它作主元件实现了一套用于高压和超高压输电线路的新型方向比较式纵联保护.

Abstract:The phase compensated type directional relay described in the paper is based on comparing the phase angles between two compensated voltages. It can handle reliably all faults in 3-phase and 2-phase working conditions. The relay has been used as a key element to realize a new carrier-pilot protection of HV and EHV transmission lines.
