| 摘 要： | 提出了一种用于商业服务的自动计费微机系统，以提高商业机构的管理效率，实现管理的自动化，并以桌球室管理为例，阐述了该系统的设计原理和实现方法．系统通过一控制卡与ＰＣ机进行通信，实现商业事务管理的计算机自动化控制，用ＦｏｘＰｒｏ２．５实现数据库管理．该系统具有管理效率高、可靠性好、易于进行功能扩展、人机界面友好等特点．其应用还可以推广到供电、供水等类似功能的管理部门．

| Abstract: | This paper presents a automatic fee_calculating microcomputer system which is used in the commercial service to improve the commercial organizations' management efficiency and to realize the managerial automation. The paper explains the design principle and the realization method of this system with the management of a billiard room. The system uses a control card to communicate with a PC to achieve the computer automatic control in the management of the commercial routines. FoxPro 2.5 is used to realize database management. The system has the features of high management efficiency, high dependability, facile function expanding and friendly human_machine interface, etc. Simply modified, it can be applied in the other similar management departments,such as the power supply, water supply, etc. |
