摘    要:提出了在未来21世纪可持续发展战略总目标下,建筑业的可持续发展模型、建筑物可持续使用的设计框架以及处于关键地位的建筑电气系统总体设计思想.探讨了采用VE控制成本的方法及其在电气系统中的应用.

Abstract:In view of the general objective of the strategy for sustainable development in the 21st century, the paper presents a model for the sustainable development of the architectural industry as well as a designing framework for the sustainable utilization of buildings. The paper also puts forward a general designing concept regarding the architectural electrical system which occupies a key position in architectural design. A method by means of VE (Value Engineering) to control the cost and a case study of the application of such an electrical system are given in the paper.
