摘    要:针对攀钢发电厂1号炉主蒸汽温度偏低的现象,提出了抬高燃烧器喷口上仰角度和减小切圆的改造方案,并通过数值计算和热力校核计算相结合的方法来确定喷口上仰的角度和切圆的直径.改造结果表明:改造后主蒸汽温度达到预定目标值,从而说明采取的改造方法是可行的,用热力校核计算和数值计算相结合的方法来确定的喷口上仰的角度和切圆的直径也具有一定的精确性.

Abstract:The tilt angle of the burner tip was increased and the diameter of combustion round was decreased in 1# boiler at Pangang power plant to resolve lower temperature in superheated steam .The tilt angle and the diameter were conformed through numerical calculation and normal thermal design. The results showed that the temperature of superheated steam could suffice the running requirements.
