| 摘 要： | 以问卷调查结果和体育达标成绩为统计分析数据，对呼和浩特市高校高年级学生的生活习惯和健康自觉症状与体育达标成绩的相关性进行了研究．结果表明，学生的生活习惯和健康自觉症状与体育达标成绩无相关性，生活习惯和健康自觉症状呈显著相关性，因此，体育达标成绩不能真实反映学生的体育活动情况和健康状况，而良好的生活习惯对大学生的健康有重要影响。

| Abstract: | Relativity between results of physical training and living habits and healthy consciousness symptom of upperclassman in Huhhot are investigated in analytical method of questionnaire and based on achievement of physical training. The conclusion is that the achievement of reaching to physical standards has nothing to do with living habits and healthy consciousness symptom of upperclassman,but the latter ones are remarkably relative to each other. So good living habits have important effects on health of the upperclassman. |
