| 摘 要： | 城市交通仿真系统是引入实时动态交通信息的城市交通规划流程再造与决策支持的交通仿真与公用信息平台一体化结构建设的大型系统。它提高了城市交通规划、建设与管理水平,提高了城市道路交通预测能力,实时发布动态交通信息,使车辆驾驶员和出行者了解当前道路交通情况,避开拥堵路段,缓解道路交通拥挤状况;定期发布交通报告(月报、年报),为政府、行业、企业和公众提供所需的综合交通信息、引导出行者合理的交通行为、优化交通运输结构提供技术支持,实现了交通运输流程再造创新。
