不同饲养方式对肉用土鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

研究不同饲养方式对肉用土鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响，试验用1800羽1日龄青脚麻鸡随机分为6个处理，每处理3个重复，每重复100只鸡进行90d试验．处理1为笼养（对照组），处理2为放养，处理3先笼养30d再放养60d，处理4先笼养45d再放养45d，处理5先笼养60d再放养30d，处理6先笼养75d再放养15d．结果表明：（1）与对照组（处理1）比，笼养时间长可提高生长速度、成活率，除处理2（全期放养）外，放养时间长可降低饲料成本，提高经济效益．以先笼养30d放养60d的（处理3）经济效益最好．（2）各处理的屠宰率差异不显著（P〉0．05）；笼养时间长可提高全净膛率、半净膛率、腹脂率，放养时间长有利于腿肌率、胸肌率率的增加．

Effects of Different Feed Ways on the Performance of Growth and Slaughter in Native Broilers

The purpose of this trial was to evaluate the effects of different feed ways on the performance of growth and slaughter in native broilers.1800 of 1 day-old native broilers with black feet and pocked feather were randomly allocated to 6 treatments with 3 replicates and 100 birds per replicate.This trial was conducted for 90 days.Treatment l(T1) served as the control was fed in cage in whole trial time.Treatment 2(T2) was fed freely in the field in whole trial time.Treatment 3(T3) was fed in cage for 30 days before it was fed freely in the field for 60 days.Treatment 4(T4) was fed in cage for 45 days before it was fed freely in the field for 45 days.Treatment 5(T5) was fed in cage for 60 days before it was fed freely in the field for 30 days.Treatment 6(T6) was fed in cage for 75 days before it was fed freely in the field for 15 days .The results showed:(1) In comparision with the control group(T1),the grow rate and survival rate were improved in the treatment fed in cage for certain time,and the feed cost was decreased and economic benefit was raised in the treatment fed freely in the field for certain time except T2.The economic benefit was the best in T3.(2) There was no significant difference in the slaughter rate among the various treatments(P>0.05).The empty thoracic cavity rate,part-empty thoracic cavity rate and abdominal fat rate were improved in treatment fed in cage for certain time,the leg muscle rate and breast muscle rate were improved in treatment fed freely in the field for certain time.
