摘    要:为探索对废胶粉和铅锌尾矿砂再生资源化利用的新途径,进行了用废胶粉与铅锌尾矿砂制备新型阻尼材料的研究。采用正交实验极差分析方法,研究了胶粉目数、尾矿量、DBP量对材料阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:废胶粉/铅锌尾矿砂制备阻尼材料的最佳配方为:胶粉目数为50目,尾矿砂目数为800目,废胶粉量为100 g,尾矿砂量为10 g,增塑剂DBP量为15 mL,对应阻尼损耗因子峰值为0.409 7;制备的废胶粉/铅锌尾矿砂新型阻尼材料的阻尼峰在低温,适合作为低温阻尼材料使用。

Abstract:To explore the new way of resource utilization on the regeneration of waste rubber powder and lead zinc mine tailings,studied the new damping material with waste rubber and lead-zinc mine tailings. Using orthogonal experiment range analysis method,studied the effect of crumb rubber particle size,quantity of tailings and DBP on the damping properties of materials. The results show that the best formula of damping material with waste rubber powder /lead-zinc mine tailings,the crumb rubber particle size is 50 mesh,the tailings size is 800 mesh,the quality of waste rubber powder is100 g,the quality of tailings is 10 g,the quality of DBP that is plasticizer is 15 mL,the corresponding to the peak of damping loss factor is 0. 409 7; the damping peak of new damping material with waste rubber powder /lead-zinc mine tailings at low temperature,so it is suitable for use as a low damping meterials.
