赣江流域规划梯级重要水利枢纽工程的环境影响分析

赣江由南向北纵贯整个江西省,是长江中游重要的一级支流。赣江流域的重要枢纽工程通过对水资源的调控,实现防洪、发电、供水、灌溉、航运等多种功能,对地区社会经济发展意义重大。但水利枢纽工程在施工期和营运期可能对水库淹没区、坝址及坝址下游等区域的自然生态和社会环境产生一系列影响。分析了水利枢纽工程主要生态环境影响及影响特征,为工程环境决策提供了依据。

The Environmental Impact Assessment of Major Hydropower Project in the Gan River Basin Planning

Gan river is important level tributary in the middle reach of Yangtze river,throughout the entire Jiangxi province from the south to the north. The important pivotal project of Gan river basin regulation of water resources come true many functions,such as flood control、electricity generation、water supply、irrigation、shipping and so on. Pivotal project has great significance on economic and social development. However,during construction and operation period of pivotal project have a series of influences on the natural and social environment in the inundated area、pivotal project site area and downstream area. This paper analyzes ecological environmental impact and effect characteristics,then provide basis for environment decision.
