| 摘 要： | 现代高校管理面临着日益严峻的挑战和困难,而高校管理人员自身也存在许多问题和不足,因此,高校管理人员必须通过加强高等教育管理理论素养、树立终身学习理念、增强服务意识、加强职业素养、加强自我管理、树立民主思想、加强专业研究等方法和途径不断提高自身的管理能力和水平。
