| 摘 要： | 《三国演义》描写绰约多姿的降将人物,或具体写某一降将人物的一生事迹,并予以表彰;或蜻蜓点水般地一笔带过;或以其他反面人物反复烘托主要降将人物的性格特质。这些降将的存在与当时的时代文化与传统文化中的人才观、择主观与功名思想等文化因子不无关系。
