商科类专业创业课程体系的设计与开发

中国商科类专业高端化和统一化的目标定位，决定了商科类专业的课程体系呈现一种大而全的架构，课程体系在基本构成、开设门类及课程内容方面均存在大同小异的局限。商学院的价值取决于能为未来商界培养出创造性人才，商学院培养的人才应主要是企业家、商人，而非经济学家。为实现这一目标，商科类专业的课程体系中，理所当然地应设置份量较重的创新创业类课程。借鉴哈佛商学院创业教育的成功经验，针对目前国内商科类专业课程体系特点，结合商学院各自的实际情况，明确界定培养目标，适时调整现有课程体系，在培养方案的实践教学模块中，增设一部分创业类教育课程，根据实施情况，逐步增加该类课程体系的设计与开发，这些举措是商科类专业培养模式改革的重要组成内容。

Design and Development of Enterprise Curriculum System for Business Major——from the experience of Harvard Business School

In China,business major is to achieve the goal of high-end and unification,which makes the curriculum system large and comprehensive,and there is no more difference among the curriculum systems in different universities.The value of business colleges is to cultivate creative personnels——entrepreneurs,merchants,but not economists.In order to meet the goal,innovation courses should be included in the curriculum.Based on the successful experience of the innovation education in Harvard University,and combined with the practical features of business major in China,the adjustment and the design of curriculum system are analyzed in the paper,which are important contents in cultivating model reform for business major.
