新型气敏材料Cd2Nb2O7的制备和性能研究

摘    要:采用固相反应法在900℃下制备出具有烧绿石结构的莳地导体气敏材料Cd2Nb2O7,研究了制备条件对产物物相和气敏性能的影响,探讨了高温固相反应机理。电导测试表明:Cd2Nb2O7是一种典型的表面电阻控制型半导体材料;而气敏测试表明:Cd2Nb2O7对乙醇具有较高的灵敏度、较好的选择性以及快的响应恢复速度。

Abstract:A novel gas sensing semiconductor Cd 2Nb 2O 7 with a pyrochlore structure has been successfully prepared by solid state reaction. The effects of the preparing conditions on the phase composition and gas sensing properties are discussed. The mechanism for the synthetic process is proposed and proved to some degree. The material's conducting behaviors in air and N 2 atmospheres are studied and it is found that Cd 2Nb 2O 7 exhibits a typical surface resistance controlling type behavior. The results of the tests of the gas sensing properties indicate that Cd 2Nb 2O 7 displays good sensitivity, selectivity and quick response recovery to ethanol gas.
