| Abstract: | The paper makes a close analysis on the improper definitions about the followings problems appearing in the current textbooks-the way of defining the digit groups,the effect of sampling number unit on the sample error,the determination of a new array after moving the average numbers and the calculation of the new time array units.The author here expresses the more rigorous,standard and accurate definitions. |
