| 摘 要： | 高校学生党员发展是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,全面科学地对入党积极分子进行考核关系到党员发展质量,由于对发展对象考查所涉及的德、能、勤、绩等方面的评价存在一定的模糊性,为避免经验主义和盲目性,采用了二级模糊综合评判决策系统来对党员发展对象进行模糊评价,通过建立模型,并辅以实例证明该方法能给出较为真实客观的评价结果。
