| 摘 要： | 随着《体育与健康》课程目标的实施,现行大学体育目标已不再适应新课程改革发展的需要.通过文献资料法、逻辑思维法对高校体育目标体系进行了探讨,阐述了大学体育指导思想、目的与目标的辩证关系.在综合现代学校体育各种思想的基础上,结合当前素质教育、"健康第一"的文化背景,提出了具体的大学体育指导思想、目的和目标.

| Abstract: | The implementation of the new objective of the course "Physical Education and Health" delays the original aim of university Physical Education.Therefore this thesis employs the literary review and logical thinking to explore the issues in the system of the university physical education, furthers to elaborate the dialectic relationship between the guidance, objective and purpose.Specific contents of the three items are put forward based on the numerous principles of modern university physical education and the philosophy of "health first" in the quality oriented education. |
