| 摘 要： | 通过对女子铅球运动员出手角度及出手速度相互关系的研究分析结果发现出手角度小于田径传统理论中的出手角度.为此提出了在充分发挥出手速度的前提下,寻求适宜的出手角度的观点.该观点有利于充实田径理论,同时对训练也具有指导作用.

| Abstract: | Throngh the study and analysis on push angle and push speed and their corre- lations of shot - sport female athletes, we find that push angle is less than that one existed in the traditional theory of track and field. And we try to seek suitable push angle on the base of plentiful exertion of push speed. This view- point will benefit the theory of track and field, as well as the training prac- tice. |
