| Abstract: | This article reflects the damages to the national electrical network caused by the snow and ice disaster in 2008.In addition,it handles the optimization by adjusting the power system planning,from the optimized adjustment electrical network plan,strengthening of the anti-disaster capability for power transmission facility,the line dancing mechanism and its prevention as well as a forecast in terms of the future development trend in the planning and designing of electrical system. |
