煤气管道系统减压阀组补强分析

摘    要:石化、冶金等大型联合企业煤气管道系统中的减压阀组,连接结构形式较多,由于不连续结构造成应力集中的现象较多,目前工程上对其的应力分析主要靠经验进行,补强方法通常采用整体补强.针对减压阀组的上述问题,本文通过有限元分析软件Ansys11.0,以一大型冶金化工联合企业的煤气管道系统减压阀组为例,详细的进行了其各个不连续连接结构处的应力分析,并提出了相应的补强措施,为石化、冶金等大型联合企业煤气管道系统中的减压阀组的应力分析及补强提供了理论依据,具有较为重要的意义.
