| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国高等教育的快速发展掀起了高校图书馆的建设高潮,但也出现了一些问题.高校图书馆的发展需要以科学发展观作为指导.高校图书馆要围绕着学校的教学和科研,通过改革创新,建立"以人为本,读者第一"的现代信息知识服务体系和现代信息资源保障体系,充分发挥教育职能和信息服务职能,为我国高级人才的培养做出自身的努力.
