| 摘 要： | PCR产物与克隆载体连接是基因克隆环节中重要的一步.文章介绍了一种简便,通用的质粒构建方法.此法是在PCR引物设计时,在目的片段5′端加上BsaI序列,然后通过BsaI酶切产生具有相同粘性末端的载体和插入片段,经过连接,获得重组质粒.

| Abstract: | The article describes a simple and throughput method to construct plasmid.The method is to add the sequence of BsaI to 5' primer end,producing vectors and inserts with the same cohesive terminus by BsaI digestion,and at last to get recombinant plasmids by ligation. |
