用面阵CCD检测工件平面运动参数

摘    要:在一些焊接过程中,需要测量作平面运动工件上点的位置、位移、速度和工件的角位移、角速度.对利用面阵CCD测量作平面运动工件运动参数的方法进行了研究.用面阵CCD获得了带有2个标记的工件运动信息的时变序列图像.采用阈值为一个范围的改进二值化方法,对采集的图形进行二值化处理.确定了在比较复杂背景中提取标记的代数运算方法和离散干扰点的判别准则.对提取出的2个标记进行分割,确定标记形心的坐标和工件的角位移,并通过数值方法计算出标记形心的速度和工件的角速度.实验结果与用其他传感器获得的结果比较吻合.

Abstract:In some welding process,it is needed to determine the position,displacement and velocity of certain points on the workpiece in plane motion and angular displacement,angular velocity of the workpiece.A new method was investigated to measure the motion parameters of workpiece in plane motion with an area CCD.Time-varying images of a workpiece with two markers were collected by an area CCD.The images are binarized by using the threshold value which is a range.An algebraic operation method was determined to extract the markers in complicated background,and the judgment criterion to remove discrete disturbance point was put forward.After the two extracted markers were segmented,the coordinates of the centroid of marker and the angular displacement of the workpiece were determined,and the velocity of the centroid of marker and the angular velocity of the workpiece were solved by numeric method.The result from this system is basically consistent with other sensors.
