| Abstract: | By combining the proposed fuzzy optimization theory and fuzzy optimized dynamic programming theory with the concept of fuzzy relation-ship, this paper presents the multiobjective systems in which the relationship between the factors are constrainted.Furthermore,an application of the the-ory to site selection of the port works is given. |
