铝硅合金中Si_初细化的现状与初探

摘    要:在分析过共晶铝硅合金Si初细化现状的基础上,通过实验研制出PJ-3、P-S-W、P-R细化剂,并配合恰当的处理工艺.使Si初的分散度提高了1~2倍.

Abstract:Based on the analyses of the present situation of refining primary silicon in hypercutectic Al-Si alloy,refinement agents,such as PJ-3,P-W,P-R,were developed by means of experiments in this paper.The combination of refiner and appropriate process technology improved dispersing degree of primary silicon whih was one or two times over that of non-refined primary silicon.
