硬脂酸镧对LLDPE热老化行为的影响

摘    要:通过力学性能测试以及DSC、广角X-射线衍射和FTIR等手段,对添加了硬脂酸镧和抗氧剂1010的LLDPE进行比较,研究了硬脂酸镧对LLDPE热老化行为的影响。LLDPE的结晶度随热老化时间增加而进高,相对于含抗氧剂1010的体系,不含抗氧剂1010体系的结晶度提高幅度较大。硬脂酸镧虽可提高LLDPE在热氧分解高温阶段的稳定性,但并未改变LLDPE的热老化机理,在不含抗氧剂1010的纯LLDPE和硬脂酸镧填充的LLDPE体系,LLDPE在热老化过程中出现了相同的断链、支化和氧化反应,从而导致LLDPE力学性能下降。

Abstract:The effects of lanthanum stearate on the thermal aging behaviors of LLDPE were studied by comparing the influence of lanthanum stearate and antioxidant 1010 through mechanical tests, DSC, WAXD and FHR analysis. The crystallinity of LLDPE increased with thermal aging, and the increase of crystallinity in the systems without antioxidant 1010 was larger than those with antioxidant 1010. The thermal aging mechanism did not change by adding lanthanum stearate. Chain cleavage, branching and oxidation occurred both in the pure LLDPE and LLDPE with lanthanum stearate as additive in the absence of antioxidant 1010, so that the mechanical properties decreased with aging.
