三缸钻井泵空气包的动力特性分析

摘    要:当空气包的固有频率等于压力脉动频率时,它就具有最佳的压力脉动衰减能力,而这种衰减能力可由文中提出的压力脉动衰减系数β来衡量。本文讨论了各参数对空气包动力特性的影响,为设计者提供了改变空气包体积的依据,即改变空气包颈管的直径以改变其阻尼是比较有效的方法。对现场使用的API推荐的75.2L空气包进行了分析计算,当这种空气包与SL 3NB-1300A型泵相匹配,泵的工作压力在20~30MPa范围内,它具有良好的衰减压力脉动的能力。就目前的现场条件,当该泵的工作压力为20MPa左右时,充气压力应为4MPa,当工作压力为25MPa左右时,充气压力应为5MPa.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the air-dampener in a triplex pump.This kind of dampener can decay the pressure pulse when its natural frequency equals to the pressure pulse.The decay strength can be measured by the pressure pulse decay coefficients given in this paper.The effects of different parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the dampener are discussed,and the recommendations for changing dampener volume are proposed.A change in the throttle pipe diameter can effectively change the damping function.This paper analyzes the characteristics of 75.21.air-dampener recommended by API.This kind of dampener is able to decay pressure pulse when it matches with SL3NB-1300A pump under the condition of 20-30MPa pump working pressure.When the pump working pressure is about 20MPa,the charging pressure of the dampener is about 4MPa under the present field conditions.When the working pressure is about 25MPa,the charging pressure is about 5MPa.
