CdS/TiO_2纳米管复合薄膜的制备和可见光吸收性质的研究

摘    要:采用阳极氧化法在金属钛片上生长Ti02纳米管薄膜,采用化学水浴沉积法制备了纳米尺度的CdS/TiO2复合光催化剂薄膜,采用FESEM,XRD和UV-vis吸收光谱分别研究了薄膜的形貌、结构特征和薄膜的光吸收特性。结果表明复合CdS有利于增强薄膜对可见光的吸收,从而提高了薄膜的光吸收效率。

Abstract:TiO2 nanotube film is prepared on titanium substrate by anode oxidation method.A CdS/TiO2 nano-scale composite photocatalyst film is made by chemical bath deposition.The surface morphology,structure and optical characteristics of the nanotube film are studied by using FESEM,XRD and UV-vis absorption spectra.The result shows that the composite CdS enhances the absorption of the film to visible light and improves the absorbance of film.
