春蚕豆继代增殖培养研究

摘    要:采用二次饱和D-最优设计,分析了NAA、6-BA、肌醇不同浓度及其组合对青海春蚕豆继代培养芽增殖的影响。结果表明,3种因素的作用大小依次为:6-BA〉肌醇〉NAA,适于继代增殖的培养基为:N6+6-BA2.0-4.0mg.L-1+NAA0-0.6mg.L^-1+肌醇260.0-400.0mg.L^-1。

Abstract:Effects of NAA,6 -BA and Inositol in different concentrations and combinations on subculture of faba bean were analyzed by using quadratic saturation D - optimum design method. The results showed that the effective order of three factors was 6 - BA 〉 Inositol 〉 NAA. The N6 supplemented with 6 - BA 2. 0 -4. 0 mg. L^-1 + NAA 0 -0. 5 mg. L^-1 + Inositol 260. 0 -400. 0 mg. L^-1 was suitable for multiplication of subculture.
