基于非线性的汽车钢板弹簧断裂问题分析

摘    要:针对一异常断裂的渐变刚度汽车钢板弹簧,指出了传统计算方法的不足,提出采用现代CAE方法,应用有限元软件ANSYS非线性模块,同时考虑工作过程中大变形、接触等多种非线性因素,对其进行了静态和动态分析,得到钢板弹簧的应力大小和分布,合理解释了该钢板弹簧的异常断裂问题.根据有限元计算结果,提出避免钢板弹簧异常断裂的思路。

Abstract:Deficiencies in traditional analysis were shown and modern CAE was proposed for a kind of abnormal fracture of gradual rigidity leaf spring. Static and dynamic analysis was done by nonlinear module in ANSYS in which large deformation and contact were simultaneously considered. Stress value and distribution were obtained. The reasonable explanation of the abnormal fracture was given. Basic theories of contact analysis and FEM analysis steps were presented. The thought on avoiding abnormal fracture was proposed according to the FEM result.
