| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代 ,需要的会计人员将是兼容科技与管理知识的知识结构和创新思维的高智能复合型会计人才。但目前高校财会人员总体素质还不能适应知识经济时代的需要。因此 ,全面提高高校财会人员综合素质已成当务之急。
