社会科学中的“测不准原理”与“制衡GDP”

本文提出,社会科学中大量存在测量指标或测量行为严重影响被测量物的“测不准现象”。“测不准原理”在经济领域的体现就是GDP指标导致经济社会发展目标的偏离。论文提出,由于“测不准原理”的存在,“绿色GDP”指标也无法改变这一状况,目前可行的方法是对依照科学发展观,对GDP树立制衡力量。
