冷轧薄板轧制变形区长度计算

摘    要:本文视轧机工作辊为半无限体,用其表面压力、切力的位移公式求解工作辊在轧制变形区内的弹性压扁;依据变形区的四个边界条件,采用离散数值积分法,计算出塑性变形区及其出、入口弹性变形区的长度;根据金属在变形区内的流动速度,确定纵、横向摩擦力的方向。将计算结果与有关文献的计算结果进行比较,本文的计算方法能确切地反映轧制变形区长度沿横向的分布规律。这为正确计算轧制压力的横向分布以及辊系变形提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper takes a work roll into a semi-infinite body. The elastic flattening value is calculated by the formula of the elastic deformation that is caused by the rolling pressure and friction forces on the surface. By the four boundary conditions and the method of the discrete numerical quadrature, the lengths of the plastic zone, the exit elastic zone and entrance elastic zone are calculated. Therewith the influence of friction forces along transversal and longitudinal directions on the length of the defornmation-zone is investigated, and the calculated results in this paper are compared with the former papers. The result is Shown that the calculation method given in this paper reflccts properly the pratical distribution law of the telltrig deformation-zone length along the transversat direction.This provides the theoretical basis for calculation of the distribution of rolling pressure along the transvertsal direction and calculation of elastic deformation of roll system.
