迈克尔逊干涉仪在超声光栅中的应用

摘    要:介绍了超声光栅的形成原理,针对利用该现象测量声速的困难,讨论了用迈克尔逊干涉仪测量波长原理制作的测量超声波波长的辅助测量装置来测量超声波波速的方法。该方法能够更加清晰地观测衍射图样的变化,提高了测量的精度。另外给出了实验方法和结果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the principles of the formation of ultrasound grating. Regarding the difficulty in measuring sound velocity by using this phenomenon, it also discusses supporting measuring methods about the velocity of ultrasonic wave by ministrant equipment of testing the wave length made by the wave measurement principle of Miehelson interfcrometer. Therefore, diffraction pattern changes can be more clearly observed, and the measurement accuracy is improved. In addition, it provides experimental methods and results.
