基于数控机床的轴向进给系统动态特性分析

摘    要:以YK3110型多功能数控滚齿机的轴向进给系统为研究对象,运用有限元法对其轴向进给进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,得出轴向进给系统的固有频率和振动特性,发现当进给系统受轴向简谐载荷时的振幅最大(max=0.0379mm),该方向也最为敏感.这项研究为进给系统的动态性能和结构优化提供了理论依据.

Abstract:With the axial feeding system of the YK3110 multifunctional CNC gear hobbing machine as the research object, the system's mode and harmonic response was analyzed by adopting the finite element method, and the natural frequency and vibration characteristics of the system was obtained. It is found that the amplitude is maximum (max=0. 0379 mm) when the feeding system is subject to axial harmonic loads, and the direction is the most sensitive. Thus,the research has provided a theoretical basis for the optimiza- tion of the feeding system's dynamic characteristics and structure.
