摘    要:从胆甾醇出发,通过3-羟基保护、三氧化铬氧化、7-羰基的官能团转换和3-位羟基去保护,合成得到五个3-羟基-5-烯-7-取代含氮甾体化合物,它们分别为:3-羟基-胆甾-5-烯-7-甲氧肟醚(5)、3-羟基-胆甾-5-烯-7-苄氧肟醚(6)、3-羟基-胆甾-5-烯-7-氨基硫腙(10)、3-羟基-胆甾-5-烯-7-氨基腙(11)和3-羟基-胆甾-5-烯-7-腙(12)。

Abstract:Using cholesterol as a starting material ,by 3-hydroxyl protection ,oxidation of chromi-um trioxide and removing the protective group ,five 3-hydroxyl-5-ene-7-substituted nitrogen contai-ning steroidal compounds were synthesized .They are 7-O-methyloxime-3-hydroxylcholest-5-ene (5) , 7-O-benzyloxime-3-hydroxylcholest-5-ene(6) ,3-hydroxylcholest-5-ene-7-thiosemicarbazone (10) ,3-hydroxylcholest-5-en-7-semicarbazone (11) 3-hydroxylcholest-5-ene-7-semicarbazone (12) ,respective-ly .
