摘    要:运用虚拟测试技术,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,设计了PCB板线路检测系统.对采集到的图像进行预处理,用最大类间方差法对图像进行阈值分割,用形态学开运算滤除毛刺.根据线路缺陷的特征,提出了一种利用缺陷图像和参考模板相减后,连通域个数变化的方法来判断缺陷.实验结果表明,该检测系统具有易于实现,无损等优点,能够较好的识别线路板断路、短路、缺损和毛刺4种主要缺陷.

Abstract:Based on the virtual testing technology, the PCB detection system was designed, and the pro- gram modules, such as Image Pre-processing, Threshold Segmentation, Morphological Filtering, Defect De- tecting Algorithm,were written by using LabVIEW language. According to the defective characteristics of the circuits on a PCB,a practical method of identifying detects by the number of connected regions was de- vised. The results show that the detection system, which can accurately detect defects of PCB circuits, is easy to handle and non-destructive from testing and has an extensive application prospect.
