Abstract:Key issues of VRFCC technology were analyzed based on the analysis and properties of Daqing vacuum residue.This article presented the new technologies for realizing the whole Daqing VRFCC,such as research and development of DVR\|1 catalyst for VRFCC,the novel riser reactor,the oxygen\|rich regeneration technology,the novel vortex separator(VQS) at outlet and high efficiency atomization nozzle.Also,a successful commercial evaluation test in Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation was described,in which the blending ratio of VR in creased from 30% to over 85.1%.
