Study On Anti-HEV

The anti HEV in serum of the normals and the patients with hepatitis was detected by using three strains HEV antigen:HEV 87A, HEV G93, HEV F86.The results showed that the anti HEV.IgM was not detected on the normals, and the positive of anti HEV.IgM to HEV 87A, HEV G93. HEV F86 have 7,12,23 cases on the patients with hepatitis, respectively. The positive of anti HEV.IgG to HEV 87A, G93, F86 have 8,8,5 cases on the normals; 24, 30 and 19 cases on the patients with hepatitis, respectively. On the patients with hepatitis, only one positive of anti HEV.IgM to 87A, G93, F86 but negative to the other two antigen have 0, 4, 12 cases, respectivelg; only one posictive of anti HEV.IgG to 87A, G93 or F86, but the negative to the other two antigen have 7,8,3 cases, respectively. Two positive of anti HEV.IgM to 87AG93 or 87AF86 or G93F86, but the negative to the other one antigen have 0,3,5 cases, two positive of anti HEV.IgG to them have 10,2,6 cases, respectively. On the normals, all positive of anti HEV.IgG to the three antigen have 3 cases,it has 8 cases on the patients with hepatitis. On these patients, all positive of IgM to the three antigen have 3 cases. It was point out that there are different subgroups in anti HEV, so except to study different subgroup of HEV gene, we must take notice of existing the subgroup of anti HEV in diagnostic reagent of HEV.
