供应链的特征分析

摘    要:当分析的视野框定在一个企业的范围内时,供应链分为策划系统、营销系统、制造系统、物流系统和管理系统。当分析的范围左右延伸时,供应链由原材料供应商、制造商、分销和物流商、零售商和消费者组成。考虑“谁”在供应链上起主导作用,供应链又分为生产者驱动的供应链和购买者驱动的供应链。供应链成员之间配合程度的不同,分为交流、协作、部分地合作和合作型供应链。

Abstract:When the analysis is focused in on a single enterprise, the supply chain is divided into the following sections: the engineering system, the marketing system, the manufacturing system, the logistics system and the management system. When the range is extended from the right to the left, a supply chain consists of the raw material supplier, the manufacturer, distribution and logistics, the retailer and the end -customer. Depending on "who" plays the leading role the supply chain, there are two distinct types of supply chains, the "producer -driven" and the "buyer - driven". According to the level of collaboration, a spectrum of supply chain types can be established, such as communicators, coordinators, cooperators and collaborators.
