摘    要:汽车牌照自动识别系统在智能停车场管理、高速公路自动收费和违章检测等方面有着广阔的应用前景。由于车牌特征的多样性及车牌背景的复杂性,对于现实世界的车牌图像,车牌磨损、图像倾斜、天气以及背景等干扰因素都会影响定位效果。为此本文提出了基于一阶双向差分和hough变换的改进车牌定位方法,采用改进的BP神经网络模式识别技术作为识别的方法,得到了较好地处理结果。

Abstract:As one of the important research subjects in the traffic department,the Vehicle License Plate automatic Recognition System(VLPR) is expansively applied foreground in intellective park management,freeway automatism charge and electron policeman.Because of vehicle background's implicity and vehicle character's diversity,the interfere factor such as weather、background、vihicle abrasion and image slope have an effect on practical orientation effect.This paper brings forward an upswing vehicle orientation method based on two direction difference and hough transform.The recognition includes improved BP neural network.From a lot of experiments,this pattern recognition achieves the corresponding better effect.
